Please read the following terms carefully before proceeding with your booking. By confirming your vehicle reservation with Sher Brothers, you agree to comply with the following terms.
Payment Policy
- To secure your booking, an upfront payment of 50% is required, with the remaining 50% due upon vehicle handover.
- Bookings are only confirmed once the initial deposit has been received.
- A valid CNIC or passport copy is mandatory for identity verification.
Fuel & Mileage Guidelines
- Fuel levels are documented at our office before and after each trip.
- All vehicles must be returned with a full fuel tank daily.
- Once your travel route has been finalized and the booking is confirmed, changes to the itinerary are not allowed.
Chauffeur Policy
- All rentals include a professional chauffeur. Self-drive services are not offered.
- The number of passengers and luggage must not exceed the stated vehicle capacity.
- Any unlawful use of the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
Additional Charges
- The rental fee does not include airport access fees, toll charges, parking expenses, or applicable government taxes.
- Cleaning charges may apply if the vehicle is returned with excessive dirt or stains.
- For intercity travel, additional charges for return fuel and tolls apply if the vehicle is not returned to our Lahore base.
Driver Allowance & Accommodation
- For overnight or out-of-town trips, the customer is responsible for the driver’s meals and lodging, typically Rs. 2,000 per night.
- For full-day local trips within Lahore, a daily meal allowance of Rs. 500 is applicable.
Cancellations & Modifications
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
- If you reduce your rental duration, charges for one full day (including fuel and chauffeur fees) still apply.
- Monthly rental packages include 6 operational days per week. Outstation days are counted separately and will be billed accordingly if exceeded.
Liability & Responsibilities
- Customers are advised to safeguard their valuables (phones, wallets, etc.). We do not hold responsibility for any lost or damaged items.
- While our chauffeurs assist in loading and unloading, the customer must supervise their belongings at all times.
- We reserve the right to assign substitute vehicles or drivers without prior notice.
- In the event of a mechanical issue during travel, we will attempt to assist, but alternative vehicles or drivers are not guaranteed. Fuel/toll charges for the return journey may still apply.
- We are not liable for delays due to breakdowns, miscommunication, or other unexpected situations. While we will do our best to assist, we do not offer compensation for delays.
Restricted Usage
- Transporting illegal items, narcotics, weapons, or alcohol is strictly forbidden.
- Any misuse of the vehicle or entry into high-risk areas will be the client’s legal responsibility.
Chauffeur Duties
Our drivers are trained professionals responsible for:
- Safe and punctual travel
- Vehicle cleanliness
- Luggage handling
- Collecting applicable charges (if any)
Force Majeure Disclaimer
We are not responsible for delays due to strikes, protests, traffic diversions, weather, public holidays, or similar events. Any additional expenses resulting from alternate routes or extended fuel use are the client’s responsibility. Please account for such possibilities when booking, especially during peak seasons. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.
Refund Policy
At Sher Brothers, we aim to deliver premium service and a seamless experience. Below is our policy regarding cancellations and refund eligibility:
Cancellations Before Trip Start
- 48+ Hours Before Service: Full refund of the advance payment.
- Less than 48 Hours Before Service: 70% of the advance will be refunded. A 30% cancellation fee applies.
- Same Day Cancellations: No refund will be provided.
Service-Based Refunds
- Vehicle Unavailability: If the reserved vehicle is not available, we’ll arrange a suitable alternative. If not available, you’ll receive a full refund.
- Mechanical Failure or Accidents: If a vehicle is unable to complete the journey, we’ll provide an alternative where possible. If not feasible, a refund will be issued for the unused portion.
- Dissatisfaction: If you’re unhappy with our service, complaints must be filed within 24 hours. Refunds may be considered depending on the situation.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Trips shortened by the client.
- Delays caused by weather, traffic, or other uncontrollable events.
- Violations of our rental agreement by the client.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
- Clients must provide payment proof and booking confirmation to initiate a refund.
