A limousine is the one vehicle at an event that everybody photographs. We have been running a limousine service in Pakistan since 2005 — six stretch limousines we own and maintain ourselves, put to work outside wedding halls, hotel entrances and airport arrivals from Lahore to Multan. What is different about us is not the cars. It is that we price them the way an event works rather than the way a car rental does.
You tell us the route: where the limousine reports, where it goes, and when the day ends. We quote one price for it. That price includes the fuel, the tolls, the venue parking, and the chauffeur’s meals and accommodation if the event takes him out of the city. In Lahore it includes the flower decoration too. Run the event as planned and the number we quote before you book is the number you pay.
Limousine Rent Price in Pakistan
Limousine rent prices in Lahore start at PKR 70,000 for the Lincoln stretch and run to PKR 170,000 for the GMC. These are starting figures for an event in the city, with everything included.

Every rate includes the chauffeur, the fuel for your whole route, motorway and ring road tolls, venue parking, and the chauffeur’s meals. No separate driver fee, and no per-person charge.
The cheapest limousine service in Lahore — and how to check that
Our Lincoln stretch at PKR 70,000 is the lowest limousine price in the city. On the larger limousines our figures sit above some of the headline rates you will see advertised — and those headline rates are for the vehicle and the driver only. Ours include the fuel for your whole route, the tolls, the venue parking, the chauffeur’s meals and, in Lahore, the flower decoration.
So compare finished quotes rather than opening numbers. Ask whoever else you are considering what their figure becomes once fuel, tolls, parking and decoration are added, then set that against ours. We would rather you did that sum than took our word for it.
Shorter bookings
Not every booking is a full event. Airport pick and drop in Lahore starts at PKR 55,000, and shorter events are quoted below the full-event figures above. For an arrival that does not need a stretch car, our standard airport transfer fares start far lower. A one-hour airport run and a twelve-hour wedding are two different quotes — tell us which you need and we will price that one.
Booking both wedding events
One booking covers one event. If you book the barat and the walima together, the second event is discounted — tell us both dates when you first call and we will quote them as a pair.
Peak season
Prices move between November and February, because a small number of limousines are in high demand and our chauffeurs are paid more for working through the season. We tell you the seasonal price when you ask, before you book. It is still one all-inclusive number.
Why a Limousine Is Not Priced Like a Daily Car Rental
Limousine rental in Pakistan is normally quoted by the day. We do not do it that way. A limousine is booked for an event, and the price is built from the route rather than from a clock.
The route is the quote
When you call, we go through the day with you: where the limousine reports and at what time, which venues it travels between, and roughly when it is released. Every booking is different — a barat, a walima, a birthday, a corporate movement and an airport transfer all need different things — so we agree the timing for yours before you book and quote one price against it. There is no standard block of hours you have to stay inside.
What the price includes
- Fuel for the whole route. No fuel bill afterwards, no full-tank return condition.
- Motorway and ring road tolls — ours to pay, not yours.
- Venue and hotel parking, including paid parking at hotels and marquees.
- The chauffeur, trained and uniformed, rather than a separate driver fee.
- His meals — you are not asked to feed the driver or hand him an allowance.
- His accommodation, if the event takes the limousine out of the city overnight.
- Flower decoration in Lahore — free, and not a line on the invoice.
What all-inclusive covers, and what it does not
All-inclusive means the full operating cost of running the limousine for your event. Run your event as planned and there is nothing further to pay. What it does not cover is damage: if the limousine is damaged during your booking, by you or by your guests, that is charged separately. In practice it comes up in exactly one situation, covered in the next section.
Decoration outside Lahore
For events outside Lahore we ask you to arrange decoration locally. Flowers do not travel well over three or four hours on a motorway, and a florist at the venue will give you fresher work than anything we could bring. Everything else still applies wherever the event is.
If the day runs late
It costs you nothing. Weddings run over — that is the normal case, not the exception — and we do not charge for it or start a clock when the schedule slips. The chauffeur stays with the vehicle until the event is finished.
If the route changes
That is different, and we will say so honestly: if a venue changes or extra stops are added on the day, the price changes, because the route is what the price was built from. We tell you the new figure before we drive it, not afterwards on the invoice.
Events in other cities
The same basis applies anywhere we travel — the journey’s fuel, the tolls both ways and the chauffeur’s overnight stay are all inside the quote. What changes is the starting price, which depends on the city and the distance between the pickup point and the venue.
What a Limousine Booking Involves
Most of this will never come up on your booking. But a stretch limousine is a very long, very heavy vehicle, and three things are worth knowing before the day rather than during it.
We check the route before the event
A stretch limousine needs a wide turn and a clear approach. Before an event we go through the route ourselves, and where a venue is unfamiliar or the approach looks tight, we drive it in advance — checking the width of the street the barat will come down, the turn into the venue gate, speed breakers, low branches and overhead wires, and whether the vehicle can be parked and got out again without reversing into a crowd.
Occasionally that means suggesting a different approach road or drop point from the one you had in mind, and we would rather tell you at booking than have a driver working it out on the night with two hundred guests watching. This is the other reason we ask for the full route when you call. It is not only about the price.
Please do not throw money over the limousine
Throwing notes over the car is a well-loved part of a barat and we understand exactly why families do it. We have to ask you not to do it over the limousine.
Notes and coins go into the air vents, the sunroof channels and the window seals, the crowd presses right up against the paintwork to reach the car, and body panels on an imported stretch limousine cannot be replaced locally. Damage caused this way is charged to the client. It is much easier to mention to whoever is handling the vail a week beforehand than to settle a repair afterwards.
In a convoy, stay well back
A limousine of this length and weight does not brake like a normal car — it needs noticeably more distance to stop. If other vehicles are travelling with it, please ask those drivers to keep a safe gap behind rather than sitting close in the way convoy cars usually do. Our chauffeur sets the pace. This is the most common near-miss at a wedding and it is entirely avoidable.
Stretch Limousine or Luxury Sedan? What You Get
A stretch limousine has been physically lengthened — a long cabin with bench seating down both sides, interior lighting, a partition, and room for six to ten passengers facing each other. This is what people picture when they say “limo”, and what turns up in the photographs afterwards. An executive sedan is a full-size luxury car with a chauffeur: a good vehicle, often right for a business arrival, but not a limousine and it should not be priced as one.
All six of ours are stretch limousines, including the Lincoln and the BMW. All six are owned and maintained by us rather than sub-rented, which is why we can tell you the actual condition of the vehicle you are booking — and let you come and look at it before you pay anything.
A note on seating
The passenger numbers here mean people seated comfortably, with room for the clothes a wedding involves. You will see higher numbers advertised against the same models elsewhere. When you compare, ask how many people will actually be seated rather than how many will fit.
Chrysler and V8 limousines
You may also see Chrysler and Land Cruiser V8 limousines advertised around Lahore, usually at PKR 130,000 to 135,000. We do not run either — they are not in our fleet, and we would rather tell you now than take the booking and arrange something else. For a comparable stretch, our Cadillac seats eight from PKR 120,000, which is less than a Chrysler is usually quoted at and already contains the fuel, tolls, parking and decoration.

What People Rent a Limousine For
Wedding limo service — barat and walima
The largest part of what we do, and the clearest case for pricing an event rather than a day. The limousine reports before the guests, moves between the pickup, the hall and wherever the couple goes afterwards, and the chauffeur is briefed on the hall entrance and where he can wait. Birthday limousine bookings
Our Hummer and Tundra carry ten and have interior lighting and a bar console, which is why they are the two booked most often for birthdays. Because the price is built from the route rather than a block of hours, a party moving between three places is quoted as three places — and if it runs late, it runs late at no extra cost.
Corporate and VIP limo service
Delegation movements, conference arrivals and protocol for visiting executives. Chauffeurs are briefed on the route in advance and dressed for the setting. Because the quote is all-inclusive there are no fuel or toll receipts to reconcile afterwards — one invoice, carrying our NTN if your finance department needs it.
Airport transfers by limousine
Limousine airport transfers at Lahore and Islamabad, priced as a transfer rather than a day — from PKR 55,000 in Lahore. We track the flight and send the limousine according to the actual landing time, so a delayed arrival costs you nothing extra. This is the one booking where the timing is out of everyone’s hands, and we would rather absorb that than charge you for an airline’s delay.
Photoshoots and film
Fashion shoots, music videos and brand campaigns hire our limousines as a set piece rather than transport, often parked for most of the day. These are still priced as an event, because a stationary limousine is not a free one: the engine runs for the air conditioning, the interior lighting and the sound system, and uses fuel doing it.

Our limousines are based in Lahore and travel to events across the country. Booking notice matters more than distance — a limousine in Bahawalpur next month is straightforward; next Tuesday is not.
Distance does not add hidden costs. The journey’s fuel, the tolls both ways and the chauffeur’s overnight stay are inside the quoted price wherever the event is. What varies is the starting price, which depends on the city and the distance between your pickup point and the venue. Limousine for rent in Islamabad and Rawalpindi
Twin-cities wedding halls, diplomatic and corporate protocol, and Islamabad airport transfers. The most common question we get is whether the journey from Lahore is charged on top. It is not — the fuel and the tolls both ways are already inside the quote. We also run a standard fleet there; see rent a car Islamabad.
Multan, Sialkot, Gujranwala and Faisalabad
Among our busiest cities after Lahore and Islamabad — Multan and Bahawalpur weddings in the south, Sialkot and Gujranwala in the north, Faisalabad throughout the season. A few days’ notice is usually enough outside November to February. Our standard fleet covers these cities too — Multan, Sialkot and Faisalabad.
Smaller cities and towns across Punjab
A large share of our bookings come from places with no limousine service of their own. Burewala, Vehari, Bahawalpur, Narowal, Gujrat, Kharian, Jhelum, Sargodha, Mandi Bahauddin, Hafizabad, Okara and Sahiwal are all cities we send limousines to regularly — along with villages across Punjab where the nearest stretch limousine is several hours’ drive away.
The limousine travels to you and the journey sits inside the quoted price. What we need is notice, and the exact venue. This is where checking the route in advance earns its keep — a village approach road, a narrow lane between fields, or a gate built for a tractor are all worth knowing about before a thirty-foot vehicle arrives at them.
Peshawar and the north
Beyond Punjab we travel to the Peshawar region regularly, priced like any other route. These trips need more notice than a Lahore booking, so give us a week or two where you can.
Limousine service in Karachi
We should be straight about Karachi. We do not keep a limousine in Karachi. Every limousine we run is based in Lahore, and getting one to Karachi means a vehicle covering well over a thousand kilometres in each direction. Because that journey sits inside our price rather than being added afterwards, a Karachi limousine is an expensive booking — not impossible, but expensive.
If you want it anyway, we will work out a proper quotation for your date and venue and you can decide with the real number in front of you. Limousine Price in Pakistan: Buying One vs Hiring One
Many people searching “limousine price in Pakistan” are not looking to rent one. For context: an imported stretch limousine is a multi-crore vehicle before duties, and running one means specialist maintenance, imported parts and a chauffeur trained to drive something that length through Lahore traffic. That is why almost nobody in Pakistan owns one privately, and why there are so few in the country at all.
Hiring one for the event that matters costs from PKR 70,000 to PKR 170,000 depending on the vehicle — with the chauffeur, the fuel, the tolls, the parking and the Lahore decoration all inside that figure.

How far ahead to book
Between November and February limousines are the first vehicles to go and the ones most often booked out entirely for a given date. Two to four weeks ahead is comfortable; a week is tight; the same date in December is usually not possible. Outside season, a few days is generally enough.
If you need to cancel
Cancel more than 72 hours before the event and half the advance is deducted. Inside 72 hours the advance is not refundable.
We would rather explain that than just state it. There are very few limousines in Pakistan — we own six, and on a wedding date in season all six are usually committed. When we confirm your booking we stop offering that vehicle to anyone else for that date, and a cancellation two days out cannot realistically be filled. The policy is strict because the vehicle genuinely cannot be re-sold, not because we want to keep your money.
If something goes wrong on the day: if a limousine develops a fault before your event, we send a replacement. If we cannot get a replacement to you in time, we return your advance in full. There is no version of this where you lose your money and your transport on the same morning.

How much does it cost to rent a limousine in Pakistan?
From PKR 70,000 to PKR 170,000 for an event, depending on the vehicle. A Lincoln starts at 70,000, a BMW at 80,000, a Cadillac at 120,000, a Toyota Tundra and a Hummer at 150,000 each, and a GMC at 170,000. Every figure includes fuel, tolls, parking, the chauffeur and Lahore decoration.
Is a limousine booked by the day or by the hour?
Neither. A limousine is booked for an event. We agree the route and the timing with you before you book — where it reports, which venues it travels between, when the day ends — and quote one price for that. There is no daily rate and no hourly clock.
Is fuel included in the limousine price?
Yes. Fuel for the entire agreed route is included, with no fuel bill at the end and no full-tank return condition. This differs from how most limousine quotes in Pakistan are built, where fuel is settled separately after the event.
Who pays motorway tolls and venue parking?
We do. Motorway and ring road tolls, and parking at hotels and marquees, are all inside the quoted price. You are not handed receipts on the day and nothing is added afterwards.
Do I have to pay the chauffeur a food or accommodation allowance?
No. The chauffeur’s meals are our cost, and if the event takes the limousine out of the city overnight, so is his accommodation. Many limousine quotes in Pakistan add a driver allowance of PKR 1,000 to 2,000 a day on top of the rate. Ours does not.
Is wedding decoration included?
In Lahore, yes — flower decoration is included free and is not a line on your invoice. For events outside Lahore we ask you to arrange decoration locally, because flowers do not survive a long motorway journey and a florist at the venue will give you fresher work.
What if the event runs later than planned?
It costs you nothing. Weddings run over and we do not charge for it or start a clock when the schedule slips. The chauffeur stays with the vehicle until the event is finished.
What if the venue changes or we add stops on the day?
That does change the price, because the route is what the quote was built from. We tell you the new figure before we drive it rather than adding it to the invoice afterwards. Running late is free; going somewhere different is not.
Are there any charges after the event?

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 72 hours before the event and half the advance is deducted. Inside 72 hours the advance is not refundable. The reason is supply: we own six limousines, in season they are all committed, and a booking cancelled two days out cannot be filled by anyone else.
What happens if the limousine breaks down on my wedding day?

How much is an 8 seater limo?
Our eight-seat limousine is the Cadillac stretch, from PKR 120,000 for an event in Lahore with everything included. If you need more than eight, the Toyota Tundra, Hummer and GMC each carry ten. Capacity means passengers who can sit comfortably, not the maximum the vehicle will hold.
Is the limousine chauffeur-driven, or can I drive it myself?
Chauffeur-driven only, without exception. A stretch limousine handles nothing like a normal car — turning circles, overhangs and reversing all take training, and our chauffeurs have it. Self-drive is available across the rest of our fleet but never on a limousine.
Can I see the limousine before I book it?
Yes. If you are in Lahore, come to our office and look at the actual vehicle rather than a photograph. We own all six limousines, so there is always something to show you, and at these prices you are entitled to check the interior, the seating and the condition yourself before paying anything.
Can I book the barat and walima together?
Yes, and the second event is discounted. One booking normally covers one event, so tell us both dates when you first call and we will quote them as a pair rather than pricing each separately.
Can I book more than one limousine, or a convoy?
Yes, subject to the date. We are more often asked for one limousine plus support vehicles — Prados, Land Cruisers or Civics for the wider family — arranged from our own fleet of 200+ vehicles as one coordinated booking with a single point of contact. Support cars are quoted on our standard rental terms rather than the limousine’s all-inclusive basis. One request: ask the other drivers to keep a safe distance behind the limousine, because it needs considerably more room to stop.
How much is a limousine for an airport pick and drop?
Airport transfers in Lahore start at PKR 55,000, with fuel, tolls and parking included and the chauffeur waiting for the actual landing time rather than the booked one. Islamabad airport transfers are quoted on the route, since the vehicle travels from Lahore. We do not run limousine airport transfers in Karachi.
Which cities do you provide limousines in?

On a custom quotation, yes — but we keep no limousine in Karachi. Ours are all based in Lahore, so the vehicle travels well over a thousand kilometres each way, and since that journey is inside our price rather than added afterwards, it makes for an expensive booking. Send the date and venue and we will give you the real figure before you decide.
Which is the cheapest limousine in Lahore?
Ours — the Lincoln stretch at PKR 70,000, the lowest limousine price in the city, against the PKR 80,000 most Lahore companies quote for the same class of vehicle. On the bigger limousines our figure can look higher than an advertised rate, because ours already contains the fuel, tolls, parking and decoration that the other rate does not. Ask for the finished quote and compare that.
