Sher Brothers is a Lahore-based car rental company that began with one car in 2005. What started as a small family business grew through years of hard work, difficult market conditions, and a simple commitment to customers: if we promise a service, we should deliver it.
Today, Sher Brothers provides car rental, intercity travel, wedding transportation, airport transfers, luxury cars, limousine service, and Pakistan tours for customers travelling across the country.

Our Story
Built One Booking at a Time
From a single car in a small village to opening our first office in Lahore — here’s how Sher Brothers began.
The First Car
It began with one car in a small village.
My father drove the car himself and used it to serve customers. At the time, there was no large fleet, office network, or online booking system. It was simply one car, one driver, and a family trying to build something of its own.
That first car became the starting point for everything that followed.
Joining the Family Business
In 2008, I joined the family business.
Around the same period, my brother Nauman had moved to Lahore and secured a corporate driving role. He later founded RNK Travels and began supplying cars to major companies.
Working in different parts of the industry gave our family a broader understanding of corporate transportation, car rental, drivers, and customer service.
Sher Brothers Begins
In 2010, we launched Sher Brothers and opened our first office in Lahore.
We started providing car rental and limousine services and gradually built relationships with customers who returned to us for their next trip.
The business grew one booking at a time.
Growing Through Difficult Years
Learning the Business the Hard Way
The early years were not easy.
Car costs were high, finding regular customers was difficult, and every booking mattered. We had to learn how to manage cars, drivers, customers, payments, and unexpected situations while keeping the business running.
We also worked with platforms such as Uber and Careem during different stages of our growth. These experiences helped us understand changing customer expectations and the growing demand for convenient transportation.
Instead of trying to grow too quickly, we focused on building relationships and earning repeat business.
When the Industry Stopped
Our Pandemic Turning Point
The COVID-19 lockdowns brought much of the transportation and rental industry to a standstill.
Normal bookings disappeared, businesses closed, and travel restrictions made it difficult to operate.
Then an urgent trip from Lahore to Karachi came through. We took the trip.
That journey showed us that even when normal travel stopped, people still needed dependable transportation for important situations.
We began working through WhatsApp rental networks, connecting customers with available cars and expanding our ability to arrange transportation between cities.
The pandemic was difficult, but it also changed the way we looked at the business.
Building Sher Brothers Online
From Traditional Bookings to Digital Service
After the pandemic, I began learning web design and SEO.
With guidance from Sir Imtiaz at Iqra Tech, I worked on rebuilding the Sher Brothers website and improving how customers could find information about our services online.
Instead of relying only on phone calls and personal contacts, we started putting our services, car information, rental guidance, prices, and booking information online.
This became an important part of our growth.
Today, our website helps customers research their options before contacting us, including customers living overseas who are arranging transportation for family members in Pakistan.
