Most Lahore companies will show you a luxury car and then quote you on the phone. This page does the opposite. Every day rate below is printed, along with the terms that decide what the day finally costs.
Sher Brothers has rented cars since 2005 and runs more than 200 across Lahore today. The luxury end of that fleet is kept small on purpose, because these cars are booked for occasions rather than errands, and one well-kept car does that job better than three tired ones.
How Much Does Luxury Car Rental in Lahore Cost?
Eleven cars, each with a published day rate that already includes the chauffeur. The Toyota Fortuner sits at the bottom on PKR 16,000 for a city day and the Mercedes G-Wagon at the top on PKR 130,000. Outstation costs more, and every car now carries a published outstation rate.
Every figure is per rental day with a chauffeur. The Lahore column applies while the car stays inside the city; the outstation column applies from the moment it leaves. Both columns are published for every car, so an outstation day is settled before you leave rather than quoted afterwards.
The spread is wide because the cars do different jobs. A Fortuner or a Prado is taken when a guest needs to be carried well. A Range Rover, an LX 570 or a G-Wagon is taken when the car itself will be looked at, photographed and remembered. Both are real work, and the cheaper one is not a lesser service.

What Happens If the Day Runs Past Twelve Hours
A rental day is twelve hours on one calendar date. Past that, overtime is charged by the hour, and it scales with the car rather than sitting at one flat figure across the fleet. Each car’s hourly rate is published on our rental charges and booking terms page.
That proportion matters more than it sounds. A single flat hourly figure across a luxury fleet always breaks at one end or the other, and it usually breaks where the customer finds out late: set it low and the most expensive car is being given away after midnight, set it high and a Fortuner becomes unbookable for an evening function.
Tying the hourly rate to the car takes the argument out of it, and it means you can work out the cost of running late before you call rather than after the event. Economy cars and sedans sit on a flat hourly rate instead, because at that end of the price list the two come to the same thing.
What a Full Day in a Luxury Car Actually Costs
The day rate covers the car and the chauffeur for twelve hours on one calendar date. Fuel, tolls, parking and entry tickets are paid separately on actual use, and overtime past twelve hours is charged in proportion to the car. The driver’s meals inside Lahore are our cost, not yours. Nothing else is added.

So a Prado for that day is PKR 18,000 plus the fuel it burns, plus any parking the day involves. There is no delivery fee, no city surcharge and no separate chauffeur fee, because the chauffeur was never priced separately to begin with.
The line that catches people out is the twelve hours. A rental day is tied to one calendar date, so a barat that begins at two in the afternoon and ends at two the next morning counts as two rental days rather than one long one. Why the Same Luxury Car Is Quoted at Very Different Prices
Ask five Lahore companies for the same car and the figures can differ several times over. The car is rarely what changes. Four things do: whether the chauffeur is inside the price, how long a day lasts, whether kilometres are capped, and whether fuel is included.
A very low quote usually hides one of those. Here is where we stand on each, so you can hold any other quote against the same four questions.
Not added afterwards, and not paid to the driver in cash. If a headline rate looks lower than ours, ask whether a driver fee lands on top of it before the car has moved.
Ten-hour days are common in Lahore quotes. Ours runs twelve on the same calendar date, which is two extra hours at no cost on every booking.
Luxury quotes elsewhere sometimes attach a daily kilometre allowance and bill the overrun. Inside Lahore we do not count kilometres at all. Outstation is priced per trip instead, so distance is settled before you leave.
A quote that includes fuel has to guess how far you will travel, and that guess is built into the number. We leave fuel out, which makes the rate lower and the day honest.
There is a fifth question nobody wants to answer, so we will. Ask which model year the car is, and ask for a photograph of the actual car rather than a stock image. Any company that keeps its own cars can send one within a few minutes.
Which Luxury Car Suits Which Occasion
The right choice depends less on budget than on what the car has to do on the day.
The G-Wagon, the Maybach, the Range Rover and the LX 570 are booked when the car will appear in every photograph and be remembered afterwards. The Audi A6 and the Mercedes E200 do the same job more quietly.
The Land Cruiser LC200 and LC300 and the Prado are what companies book for visiting directors and delegations. They seat seven, they take Lahore traffic without drama, and they do not draw attention on the street.

Moving Between Venues on a Lahore Wedding Day
A luxury car on a function day spends more time crossing Lahore than standing at the venue. Gulberg to DHA Phase 5 is 12.7 km and about 22 minutes on Khayaban-e-Jinnah. Model Town to Bahria Town is 26.9 km and about 41 minutes, and that route uses the Ring Road, so a toll applies.
Those two runs cover most of what a Lahore wedding actually asks of a car. Both figures are off-peak. On a barat evening, with a shaadi convoy and Ferozepur Road or the Canal at a standstill, add half again to each and tell the chauffeur the schedule rather than the addresses.

How Our Chauffeurs Present on a Luxury Booking
On a luxury booking the chauffeur is as visible as the car, so we hold a stated dress standard: a waistcoat worn over shalwar kameez, or pant shirt if you ask for it at the booking stage. He is given the schedule before the day rather than on arrival.
We publish this because no Lahore luxury listing we have read states a dress standard at all. It is easy to promise a professional chauffeur and much harder to say what he will be wearing when he opens the door in front of your guests.

What to Know Before You Book
One Range Rover, one G-Wagon, one Maybach. In peak wedding months they go weeks ahead, and no amount of notice on the morning will produce a second one.
An ordinary car reaches you within 60 minutes of a confirmed booking when a suitable one is free. Luxury and larger cars usually want a day’s notice, and the headline cars want considerably more.

For one occasion, usually yes. A Range Rover costs PKR 100,000 for a day against several crore to own, with no insurance, depreciation, driver salary or maintenance attached.
