You land at 9am and go straight to a hotel in DHA. A Wagon R transfer costs PKR 3,000. A full city day in the same car costs PKR 4,000, so the transfer saves PKR 1,000 and you are not paying for hours you will not use.
You land at 9am, drop your bags, and need the car until evening. Take the 12-hour city day instead. Two transfers plus city running would cost more than the single day rate, and the car stays with you between stops.
Guests landing on separate flights means two Wagon R transfers at PKR 3,000 each to DHA, or PKR 6,000. One rental day at PKR 4,000 covers both runs with the same car, so the day rate is the cheaper answer.

The driver waits 60 minutes free from the moment your flight actually lands, not from the time printed on your ticket. After that hour, waiting is billed at PKR 500 per hour for economy cars and sedans, and PKR 2,000 per hour for SUVs and large vehicles.
The team tracks the flight number you send at booking. Therefore, if your aircraft is two hours late, the driver leaves for the airport two hours later and your free hour still starts on touchdown. Nothing is charged for the delay itself.

Immigration and baggage take most of it on a full international arrival. In practice, passengers with hand baggage clear well inside the hour, while a family with checked bags on a busy evening bank can use most of it.
