The part that decides most bookings is not the seat count but the luggage, so this page publishes what each vehicle actually holds with every seat filled. How Much Is a 7 Seater Car for Rent in Lahore?
PKR 7,000 a day for a Suzuki APV, which seats seven, and PKR 8,000 for a Honda BR-V. Above that you are paying for the ride rather than the room: a Fortuner is PKR 16,000 and a Prado PKR 18,000, and both carry less luggage than the APV.

Two lines in that table catch people out. The Honda BR-V and Suzuki APV carry more luggage than the Fortuner, the Prado and the Land Cruiser while costing a third as much — seven seats in a large SUV leave very little behind the third row. And the BR-V has a roof carrier fitted, which is where its five big bags go. For seven adults with a full set of cases, the BR-V at PKR 8,000 does the job a Prado at PKR 18,000 does not.
How Much Luggage Really Fits
Seven people plus full luggage
Take the APV or the BR-V. Both manage five big bags. The APV also takes five hand carries, which makes it the most useful vehicle we rent at any price for a family of seven going to a wedding with gifts and cases.
Seven people in comfort, lighter luggage
The Fortuner, Prado and Land Cruiser each take three big bags and three hand carries with all seven seats occupied. They are the better ride, not the bigger boot.
Thirteen people
The Grand Cabin takes three big bags plus a hand carry for every passenger. That fits a group trip where everyone brings one case rather than a full set.
Twenty-eight people
The Coaster takes five big bags plus a hand carry each. For a college trip or a wedding party that is normally enough, but say so in advance if the group is travelling heavy.
Fewer passengers means more luggage. Every figure above assumes every seat is taken. Drop the head count and capacity rises quickly, because seats fold and floor space opens up — six people in a Grand Cabin can carry far more than three big bags.
Is There a 9 Seater Car for Rent in Lahore?
This comes up often enough to answer plainly: nothing in the Lahore market seats exactly nine. The ladder runs seven in a car, then jumps to thirteen in a Hiace Grand Cabin. There is no rung in between.
So a group of nine books the Grand Cabin at PKR 13,000, and the four seats nobody is sitting in fold down into luggage space — which is usually why the group was nine rather than seven in the first place. The alternative, two seven-seat cars at PKR 7,000 each, costs about the same and splits the party across two vehicles; we will tell you which we would take if you send the head count.
Can You Rent a 7 Seater Without a Driver?
Not the vehicles on this page. Every seven-seat car, Grand Cabin and Coaster we rent goes out with its driver, and that is not a policy we bend for group vehicles — a thirteen-seat van handled by someone who has not driven one is a different risk from a hatchback.
Self drive does exist in Lahore, on a short list of smaller cars, by the week rather than the day, with the rent paid in full at booking and a refundable security cheque sized to the car. Which Group Vehicles Suit Murree and the North
Seat count is half the decision. The road decides the rest, and the seven seater that is right for a city wedding can be the wrong booking for a mountain trip.
Murree, the Galiyat and sealed roads
The road to Murree is sealed the whole way. A BR-V or an APV handles it comfortably, and so do the Grand Cabin and the Coaster. For a family group going up for two days, the BR-V is usually the sensible booking.
Naran, Kaghan and rough sections
Once the surface breaks up, ground clearance matters. The Fortuner and Prado are the right choice. The APV and BR-V are front-wheel-drive family vehicles and we would not send them onto rough valley roads with seven people aboard.
Babusar, Khunjerab and Skardu

Large groups going north
The Grand Cabin and Coaster both travel north regularly, but they climb more slowly than a car. Build an extra hour or two into each day of the itinerary rather than working to car timings.
Beyond 28 Seats
For groups larger than a Coaster we run a Yutong bus, the largest vehicle in the fleet, at PKR 80,000 a day within Lahore. Trips out of the city are quoted per route.
If you are moving a wedding party, a school group or a company outing and you are not sure whether one Coaster covers it, send the head count and the pickup points. Two Grand Cabins are often more practical than one Coaster when the group is spread across the city, and the cost works out close.
What the Rate Covers
In the day rate

- Twelve hours on a single date, for travel inside the city
- No distance limit while the day stays inside Lahore
Paid separately
- Fuel, and any motorway or Ring Road toll on the route
- Parking, and entry tickets where a venue charges them
- Hours past the twelfth, at the overtime rate for that vehicle
Out of Lahore, each vehicle has its own outstation day rate, published beside its Lahore rate on the full Lahore price list, and the route pages carry fixed one-way fares with the fuel and tolls already inside them. Overtime by vehicle, the advance that confirms a booking and the cancellation terms are in the car rental charges and terms.
Group vehicles are the first to go in wedding season and between June and September. Same-day bookings still apply here, but a Coaster at a few hours’ notice on a Saturday is not something we will promise you.

Can I keep a 7 seater for a month?

Is one Coaster better than two Grand Cabins?

How far in advance should I book a group vehicle?
As early as you can. Group vehicles book out first, particularly in wedding season and between June and September. A Coaster at short notice on a weekend is not something we can promise.
