⛽ Fuel Charges

Rental prices include the vehicle and driver only.

Fuel is charged separately based on the distance you travel. The vehicle is provided with a defined fuel level, and customers pay only for the fuel used during the trip.

🛣️ Toll Taxes & Parking

Motorway tolls, Lahore Ring Road charges, parking fees, and other road charges are paid separately by the customer according to the actual route and usage.

❌ Cancellation Policy

• • 72 hours or more before pickup: Free cancellation
• • 24 hours before pickup: 50% of the advance payment is deducted
• • After vehicle dispatch: Advance payment is non-refundable

🏨 Driver Overnight Charges

For outstation trips that require an overnight stay, a driver allowance of PKR 2,000 per night applies.

This covers the driver’s accommodation and meals during the trip.

How can I pay for my booking?

We accept cash, bank transfer, and online bank transfer for all bookings. Overseas Pakistanis and international visitors can also pay in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), US Dollars (USD), British Pounds (GBP), and Euros (EUR).

A booking advance may be required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining balance payable according to your booking terms.

Please note: We currently do not accept credit or debit card payments.

Are your drivers reliable and trustworthy?

Yes. All Sher Brothers drivers are NADRA and Police verified before joining our team. They are selected for safe driving, punctuality, and professional behaviour, and regularly drive families, overseas Pakistanis, business executives, and international visitors across Lahore and throughout Pakistan.

Which car should I book?

That depends on your travel plans, the number of passengers, luggage, destination, and budget. Simply tell us where you’re travelling and how many people are coming, and we’ll recommend the most suitable vehicle for your trip instead of simply suggesting the most expensive option.

Can I visit your office before booking?

Yes. You’re welcome to visit our office if you’d like to discuss your booking in person. Many customers prefer meeting our team before confirming longer rentals, business travel, or family trips.

Can I see the actual car before confirming my booking?

Yes. If the vehicle is available, we’ll gladly show you the actual car before you confirm your booking. If it’s already on another booking, we can share recent photos or videos and let you know when it will be available for viewing.

Can the driver stay with us throughout the booking?

Yes. The driver remains with the vehicle throughout your booking and is available whenever you’re ready to continue your journey. This is ideal if you’re attending meetings, shopping, visiting relatives, or making multiple stops across Lahore during the day.

What happens if the car develops a problem during my trip?

Although our vehicles are regularly maintained before every booking, unexpected mechanical problems can occasionally happen. If a replacement vehicle is required, our operations team will arrange another suitable vehicle as quickly as possible so your journey can continue with minimum disruption.

Do you provide a digital invoice?

Yes. After your booking is confirmed, we can provide a digital invoice showing your booking details, rental charges, travel dates, and payment information. Many companies, business travellers, and overseas Pakistanis request invoices for their records and reimbursements.

Do you have cars available during Eid and public holidays?

Yes. We operate throughout Eid holidays and public holidays. However, Eid is one of our busiest seasons, and many vehicles are booked well in advance.

Rental prices may also be higher during Eid because of increased demand. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred vehicle and the best available rate.

How early should I book my car?

For normal city travel, same-day bookings are often available, and we can frequently arrange a vehicle within 60 minutes of booking confirmation.

If you’re travelling during Eid, wedding season, long weekends, or other peak travel periods, we recommend booking at least one month in advance. Popular vehicles such as the Prado, Fortuner, Land Cruiser, Hiace, and Coaster are often reserved well before the travel date.
